There are four t-shirts you can buy from Dame Deborah James’ fashion line with In the Style
Following news of Deborah’s tragic passing, fans are now looking to buy fashion items of her clothing line with In the Style as a tribute.
The collection, which includes t-shirts with the words Rebellious Hope across the chest, has already raised £1million for cancer research.
If you’d like to purchase one of the t-shirts and help raise even more money for charity in memory of Deborah, here’s everything you need to know.
What is Deborah James’ clothing line?
Deborah James launched a clothing line with online fashion brand In the Style in May 2022.
It features four t-shirts with the words Rebellious Hope on the chest.
All donations go to Deborah’s BowelBabe Fund for Cancer Research UK.
On June 18, Deborah took to her Instagram page to announce that the clothing line had raised £1million for the fund.
She shared a photo of herself posing with In the Style founder Adam Frisby and partner Jamie Corbett alongside a giant check.
Where can you buy items from the Deborah James clothing line?
The t-shirts are all available in four styles and colors; unisex grey, oversized white, pink standard fit and fitted gold foil.
They can all be had now in sizes 6 to 28 and cost between £15 and £18.
From every t-shirt sale. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Bowelbabe Fund for Cancer Research in the UK.
What happened to Deborah James?
Deborah was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2016 and has kept her one million Instagram followers up to date on her treatments ever since, sharing candid posts about her progress and diagnosis.
The full statement reads: ‘We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Dame Deborah James; the most amazing wife, daughter, sister and mom. Deborah passed away peacefully today, surrounded by her family.
“Deborah, known to many of you as Bowelbabe, has been an inspiration and we are extremely proud of her, her work and her commitment to charity campaigns, fundraising and her endless efforts to raise awareness of the cancer that has touched so many lives.
“Deborah has shared her experience with the world to raise awareness, break down barriers, challenge taboos and change the conversation around cancer. Even in her most difficult times, her determination to raise funds and awareness was inspiring.
“We thank you for giving us your private time as a family, and we look forward to continuing Deborah’s legacy long into the future through the @bowelbabefund

Who was Deborah James?
Deborah James was a former assistant principal turned cancer campaigner from London.
She was honored with a femininity in May 2022 after raising more than £6million for charity after creating a Page Just Give to raise funds for clinical trials, research and to increase awareness of the disease.
She had written and featured in various publications including The Sunday Times, The Sun, Daily Mail, The Times, Grazia, Women’s Health and Marie Claire, and The Independent.
She has also appeared as a regular co-host on Talk Radio and BBC Radio London, and has presented and presented for BBC Breakfast, Lorraine, Sky News, Victoria Derbyshire, Stand up to Cancer and The One Show.
Deborah has also written a bestselling book called ‘F*** You Cancer’, which is a self-help guide to living your best life with cancer, and was a presenter of the BBC podcast You, Me And The Big C.
She was married to Sébastien Bowen, a banker at Pomona Capital, and leaves behind two children – Hugo, 14, and Eloise, 12.
