Finally, 2021 is history, and we are entering a new year with new energy and a desire to renew itself. It’s time to make small, step-by-step changes – and nothing better than starting with our wardrobe.
In 2022, fashion trends promise to bring back all the fun and joy that the last few months wanted to steal from us. So now is the perfect time to revamp your wardrobe and start the year on a high note. Are you ready?
In this short list, we’ll be reviewing the return of Y2K fun, the sensuality and daring of cutouts, transparencies, shimmering fabrics and much more.
Let’s get to work!
Shine

Let’s start with the most eye-catching of all: shiny fabrics. Whether it’s in jumpsuits, skirts, pants or mini-dresses, it’s a trend that will take 2022 by storm and give us a spotlight moment while feeling like we’re back on the dance floors.
Sequins, shiny fabrics and metallic will be the new stars in the closets this year and the best options to wear at your next party or when you want to spice up your everyday look.
Back to the year 2000 era

Yes, you read that right. The fashion of the year 2000 is back (or at least the most memorable things). Low waist pants, mini skirts and short cardigans will have their big comeback in our cupboards and will bring us that freshness that we miss so much.
Mini skirts and cropped cardigans give our look a bit of attitude and show off a bit of skin, and low rise pants jeans that can be tight or loose enough while still looking great.
All cut out and transparent

And following the line of showing a little skin, the trend for cuts seems to be here to stay with clothes that show a little bit of skin, but in a not-so-conventional way, giving them unique shapes.
Some with transparencies and others with cutting patterns that complement all shapes and, let’s be honest, make you look amazingly sexy.
Colorful bags

Apparently, it will be a year that brings us bold fashion trends, even in accessories, and bags will become the main character with bright colors and Neon colors.
It’s all about the color, whether or not it matches the rest of your outfit, the type of material or the size of your bag. The only thing that will matter is that the bolder and brighter the color, the better it will be.
